Lean Continuous Improvement Consulting
~ All consulting engagements are unique and can vary greatly in length and scope. As such, they are priced on a case by case basis following a discussion with the executive sponsor.

CPR, AED and/or First Aid Training
~ Live, in-person training in your home or office (minimum of eight participants):
Worksite Wellness Services
~ Because every company is different and faces unique employee wellness challenges, there is no standard pricing for worksite wellness services and consulting. Please call if you have any questions or to request a quotation.
Wellness Coaching
~ $100.00 for a one hour session via telephone.
Please note: Since sessions are conducted telephonically, please call to arrange scheduling and payment in advance. Unused Prepaid Wellness Coaching sessions are fully refundable at the pro rated purchase price. Please call if you have any questions or need more information.
Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy
~ $130.00 for a session in your home or office. (Geographic limitations apply.)
Please note: Sessions typically last approximately 75 minutes and may be longer depending on your unique situation. CST sessions are done without the use of any oil or lotion and the client remains fully clothed. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that will allow for full range of motion. Please call if you have any questions or need more information.
